The Tasmanian Transport Museum is located in the Hobart suburb of Glenorchy.

The museum exhibits include railway locomotives, railcars, carriages and wagons, trams, trolley buses, buses and many other historical items.

The museum offers train rides subject to availability, please refer to our timetable for the scheduled operating days.

Sundays 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Last gate admission is 3.00pm

  • $5.00 children (2 & over)

Location

The museum is located off Anfield Street, Glenorchy, and is opposite the Northgate shopping centre.
