The Tasmanian Transport Museum is located in the Hobart suburb of Glenorchy.

The museum exhibits include railway locomotives, railcars, carriages and wagons, trams, trolley buses, buses and many other historical items.

The museum offers train rides subject to availability, please refer to our Train Ride Schedule.

Admission Costs – Non Train Ride Days

  • $8.00 concession
  • $5.00 children (2 & over)

Last gate admission is 3.00pm and EFTPOS is available.

Location

The museum is located off Anfield Street, Glenorchy and is opposite to KGV Oval and the Glenorchy Pool. Free parking is available.
